Jeremy Koletar, otherwise known as jjkoletar is one of the many characters QuackityHQ used for his old videos. Unlike the rest of Quackity's characters, Jeremy is a human, who has a crazy obsession over his dinner. Jeremy is a parody of a real person who formerly worked on Toontown Rewritten.

- fake quackity acounts - Possibly his first appearance; he is seen in the video's thumbnail. However, this may not be him as it isn't confirmed.
- EPIC RAP BATTLES OF STUPIDITY - His first confirmed appearence; Jeremy appears in the rap battle to help assist Gangster Joey in beating Dynamite the Doodle.
- HOW TO BE A TOONTOWN MOD - Similairly to Fat Carl's role, Jeremy gives a tutorial on how to become a moderator on Toontown. After hiring Fatity and commanding him to destroy other Toontown servers, Jeremy gets Fatity arrested by framing him for being the mastermind behind the attacks. Both Fatity and Jeremy have been enemies since.
- TOONTOWN MURDER - In this video, Jeremy helped Quackity and the gang on an investigation on Fatity's murder. After Afro Duck makes fun of Jeremy for his love for dinner, Jeremy becomes enraged and shoots Afro Duck. This leads to the gang tying Jeremy up and putting him down for good. This leads to Jeremy's first out of two deaths. He is the only murder victim to not be killed by Jesse Schell.
- TOONTOWN SCHOOL - Gangster Joey buys a school to teach toons how to fight properly. Jeremy doesn't aprrove the idea one bit, and swears that if Gangster Joey doesn't make the money back, he WILL make him feel pain. At the end of the video, Gangster Joey tells Jeremy that he made the money, but ultimately had it taken away by the police, leading Jeremy to scream in frustration.
- a toontown sitcom - In this video, it is revealed that Jeremy has a doodle, who is later killed in the video. As Jeremy is in shock, he tries to ask Goofy for help. But all he does is make a joke out of it.
- A CHRISTMAS STORY [Christmas Special] - His last appearance; he appears in the end with Quackity and the gang, with the final words "But where the hell is Joey?" before Gangster Joey's plan crashes into the gang, presumably killing him.

- Throught his lifetime, he has killed 1 toon/person, and has died 2 times. Compared to the other characters, these statistics are quite low.
- Jeremy is no longer seen in Quackity's videos, with his final appearence being on December 25th, 2015. This is the fate many of Quackity's other characters faced. Including Fat Carl , Afro Duck , Dynamite, Fatity and many of Quackity's other characters.
- Compared to all of Quackity's other characters, Jeremy is the only 100% human character in the gang.
- On May 16, 2020, Jeremy concludes that he is "Deceased" during a Twitch live stream.
